About You To succeed in this role, you will possess a university degree in Computer Science (or a related field) and have strong hands-on experience in networking technologies including LAN, SD WAN and Wi-Fi solutions. Along with this you will also have: Hands-on experience with networking hardware and firmware upgrades Experience with Voice, Mobile, Data and Satellite connectivity Good understanding of the network security technologies including Palo Alto firewalls Ability to effectively manage multiple project activities of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Strong Problem-solving skills Result driven and good attention to detail The ability to work autonomously About The Role Based in Adelaide at our Corporate Office on North Terrace, you will be responsible for delivering key networking projects to support IT strategic roadmap, gather requirements, analyse different design options, draft network design. As well as configure required changes and undertake go-live along with vendor resources and onsite support. Analyse implementation risks and mitigation and communicate to stakeholders across all Journey Beyond Businesses. Key responsibilities will include : Design and implement network solutions aligned with business requirements and technology strategy. Design and implement telephony solutions to support unified communications Implement network security solutions, such as firewalls, VPNs, and access controls Carry out network patching to ensure systems remain secure and up to date Produce clear, comprehensive documentation covering designs, configurations, and implementation processes Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, project tasks, and technical problems within agreed timelines. Coordinate with third-party providers and support partners to deliver effective solutions across multiple technologies Deploy networking solutions on-site when necessary to support business operations or projects. Partner with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements. Evaluate and analyse technology options, defining selection criteria and documenting assessments. Conduct thorough testing of business scenarios to ensure all functional and technical requirements are met. Implement RingCentral Phone System and NICE inContact functionalities, including call routing, reporting, and integrations. Proactively escalate issues or risks to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact. Provide on-call and out-of-hours support as needed to maintain service continuity.
